The Air Torque 4th Generation pneumatic rack and pinion actuators are designed, developed and tested using all the latest technology, materials and protective coating available on the market, resulting in an extremely high quality product.

- A single compact design utilising identical body and
end caps for both double acting and spring return
models..
- Two adjustable external travel stops ensure accurate
valve alignment.
- Multifunction position indicator with stainless steel
metal inserts allowing proximity contact points.
- Compact and aesthetically modern style without any
external cavities.
- Full compliance with latest specifications: ISO 5211,
DIN 3337 and VDI/VDE 3845 for product
interchangeability and easy mounting of solenoids,
limit switches and other accessories.
The latest upgrade of this product includes:
- A new double square bottom drive connection
which permits direct or easy adaptation to any
valve.
- The body coating is PTFE as standard.
